Hey Wayne,

Need one more beta tester? I'm just about in the beginning for my SP track preparation, will be great if I can contribute somehow to your new products.

Kind Regards,

Amit - I just spoke with our support group on this. We have the files - and we'll have the file group created - which means that these files and tutorials will be available under your members area within the IPexpert.com members portal. Tyson Scott will be creating a video tutorial as well as writing a "how to" document showing how to utilize Dynamips (and how to configure, etc.). This info will probably be posted as a blog entry in the coming week. I expect the files to be available to the public Monday - I'll make an official announcement here. Thanks! - Wayne

Roland - I understand your question, but we decided *NOT* to require people / customers to purchase AN ADDITIONAL product if they want to utilize Dynamips (like our competitors do). To be honest, there's a way in which some of the switching can be completed - and our configs allow you to do this (minimal). Just to give you some insight into our strategy - when we were a Cisco Learning Partner - we decided *NOT* to push or promote Dynamips - due to it being "outlawed" by Cisco. (We wanted to comply in every way). Now that we're *NOT* a CLP - we've decided to make the files available, but not heavily push or promote Dynamips. Essentially - we're answering our client's requests and providing them with a usable Dyanmips config file that they can use if they own our R&S, Security or SP books. Thanks - Wayne
